Teslimon, Shopify mağazalarına kapıda ödeme sipariş formu ekleyen bir uygulamadır. Bu politika, Teslimon’u kuran mağazaların (“Satıcı”) ve o mağazalardan sipariş veren müşterilerin (“Müşteri”) verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. İşlenen veriler

• Satıcı: mağaza alan adı, Shopify erişim anahtarı, uygulama ayarları (form, kargo, teklif, entegrasyon ayarları).
• Müşteri (formu dolduran kişi): ad soyad, telefon, e-posta (isteğe bağlı), il, ilçe, mahalle ve açık adres, sipariş içeriği ve tutarı, IP adresi, kampanya (UTM) parametreleri, SMS doğrulama kodunun özeti (kodun kendisi saklanmaz).
• Yarıda bırakılan formlar: telefon girildikten sonra doldurulan alanlar (terk edilen sipariş kurtarma için).

Amaçlar ve hukuki sebep

Veriler yalnızca Satıcı adına ve Satıcının talimatıyla işlenir: siparişin Shopify mağazasında oluşturulması, telefon doğrulaması (SMS/WhatsApp), sahte sipariş tespiti, terk edilen siparişin hatırlatılması, Satıcının açtığı reklam ölçümü ve raporlama. Teslimon bu bağlamda veri işleyendir; Müşteriye karşı veri sorumlusu Satıcıdır (KVKK m. 5/2-c sözleşmenin ifası, m. 5/2-f meşru menfaat; GDPR m. 6/1-b ve 6/1-f).

Aktarılan taraflar (yalnızca Satıcı ilgili özelliği açtıysa)

• Shopify (siparişin oluşturulması).
• SMS sağlayıcısı: Netgsm veya Verimor (telefon numarası, doğrulama mesajı) — Satıcının kendi hesabıyla.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (telefon numarası, sipariş özeti) — Satıcının kendi hesabıyla.
• TypeSafe (Jev) yapay zekâ servisi: sahte sipariş taraması için ad, adres, il/ilçe ve sipariş notu.
• Reklam ölçümü: Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Google Analytics 4 — telefon, e-posta ve ad SHA-256 ile özetlenerek.
• Satıcının tanımladığı Google E-Tablolar veya webhook adresleri.
• Barındırma: Türkiye’de bulunan sanal sunucu; ağ: Cloudflare.

Saklama ve silme

Kayıtlar, Satıcı uygulamayı kullandığı sürece saklanır. Shopify’ın “customers/redact” bildirimiyle ilgili Müşterinin kayıtları; uygulama kaldırıldıktan 48 saat sonra gelen “shop/redact” bildirimiyle mağazaya ait tüm veriler silinir. Uygulama kaldırıldığında erişim anahtarı hemen silinir.

KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz talepleriniz için siparişi verdiğiniz mağazaya ya da [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

Teslimon is a Shopify app for stores that offer cash on delivery: product page offers, payment rules in Shopify checkout and order review (some private installations also use an on-page order form). This policy explains how data of merchants who install Teslimon and of the customers who order from those stores is processed. Data we process

• Merchant: shop domain, Shopify access token, app settings.
• Customer (person filling in the form): full name, phone, email (optional), province, district, neighbourhood and street address, order contents and total, IP address, campaign (UTM) parameters, a hash of the SMS verification code (the code itself is not stored).
• Abandoned forms: fields entered after the phone number, used for order recovery.

Purpose

Data is processed only on behalf of and as instructed by the merchant: creating the order in the Shopify store, phone verification (SMS/WhatsApp), fraud screening, abandoned-order reminders, ad measurement enabled by the merchant and reporting. Teslimon acts as a data processor; the merchant is the controller towards its customers.

Sub-processors (only when the merchant enables the feature)

• Shopify (order creation).
• SMS provider Netgsm or Verimor, using the merchant’s own account.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, using the merchant’s own account.
• TypeSafe (Jev) AI service for fraud screening: name, address, province/district and order note.
• Ad measurement: Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Google Analytics 4 — phone, email and name SHA-256 hashed.
• Google Sheets or webhook endpoints configured by the merchant.
• Hosting: virtual server located in Türkiye; network: Cloudflare.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept while the merchant uses the app. On Shopify’s customers/redact webhook the customer’s records are deleted; on shop/redact (48 hours after uninstall) all data of the shop is deleted. The access token is deleted immediately on uninstall.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete your data, contact the store you ordered from or [email protected]. Requests are answered within 30 days.
