Teslimon, LORENEX LLC tarafından Shopify App Store üzerinden sunulur. Uygulamayı kuran mağaza bu şartları kabul eder.
Teslimon ödeme almaz ve ödeme işlemez. Formla oluşturulan siparişler Shopify’da “ödeme bekliyor” durumunda açılır; tahsilatı kargo firması teslimatta yapar.
SMS, WhatsApp ve reklam platformu hesapları Satıcıya aittir; bu hizmetlerin ücretleri ve kuralları Satıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Satıcı, müşterilerine karşı veri sorumlusudur ve kendi gizlilik metninde Teslimon’u veri işleyen olarak belirtir.
Ücretler, varsa, yalnızca Shopify faturalandırması üzerinden alınır ve uygulama sayfasında belirtilir.
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur; dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır.
Uygulama istenildiği an Shopify yönetiminden kaldırılabilir; veriler Gizlilik Politikasındaki sürede silinir.

Teslimon is provided by LORENEX LLC through the Shopify App Store. Installing the app means accepting these terms.
Teslimon does not collect or process payments. Orders created through the form are opened in Shopify with a pending payment status; the carrier collects the amount on delivery.
SMS, WhatsApp and ad-platform accounts belong to the merchant, who is responsible for their fees and policies.
The merchant is the data controller for its customers and names Teslimon as a processor in its own privacy notice.
Charges, if any, are billed only through Shopify billing and shown on the app listing.
The service is provided “as is”; liability for indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
The app can be uninstalled at any time from the Shopify admin; data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
